James Stokes, Jr.

James is the Executive Director of Alliance Lending Corporation and is actively involved in numerous community projects and industry affairs. James is the Charter and Past President of the regional organization, North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NTAGGL)and continues to serve as a Board Member. He also serves as the Secretary of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO). Both associations have a mission of keeping the interest of borrowers and lenders in the forefront of our legislators in Washington, D.C. Prior to taking the helm of the CDC, James was the Assistant Director and has been with the CDC since 1985.

Colleen Barnard

As a Loan Officer, Colleen spends the majority of her time analyzing, underwriting,and structuring loan requests. Colleen also packages 7(a) loan requests for our bankers who lack internal SBA packaging capability. Her 20+ years experience in banking and SBA lending helps get deals approved and funded in a timely and efficient manner. 504 or 7(a) Questions?

Marilyn Mulvany

Marilyn has a long history of success at the SBA District office in both Dallas and San Antonio. She is well known to anyone who has ever worked in the SBA industry. Marilyn's time is spent on financial analysis and loan structuring. Her expertise in packaging is unsurpassed and she is always in demand to conduct SBA 504 training for lenders and borrowers.

Lorene Collier-Purcy

Lorene is our Operations Manager. She organizes office operations and procedures for the office which provide an appealing, positive, and safe work environment for staff, board, and customers. She also works with closing attorneys to ensure the correct preparation of closing instructions for loan fundings.

Jessica Armstrong

Jessica keeps her focus on Business Development. She actively promotes the benefits of the 504 loan to the business community; as well as to lenders, brokers, franchisors and real estate professionals. She sees to it that lenders have access to ongoing training and are kept up to date with current rates. Prior to joining Alliance Lending, she was an SBA 7(a)loan originator.
